Payment information (card details) is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number.

- To confirm and schedule your aerial shoot
- To send booking confirmations and payment reminders via email
- To contact you about your appointment (weather changes, rescheduling)
- To deliver your completed photos and video files
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following trusted services to operate our booking system. Each has its own privacy policy governing your data:

Data Storage
Booking records are stored on our secure server hosted by Hostinger. Records include your name, contact details, service selected, and booking status. We retain booking records for up to 2 years for business and tax purposes.
Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your booking record (subject to legal retention requirements)

Cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. The Cal.com scheduling widget and Stripe checkout may also set cookies necessary for their operation.
